Pre-ordering lets you reserve upcoming items—like figures, manga, imported stationery, and media—before they arrive at our store.
  • Flexible payment: Pay a 30% deposit now or pay in full at checkout.
  • Realistic timelines: Distributor delays happen. If an item is delayed past 3 months, you can get a full refund if you no longer want the item.
  • 100% money-back guarantee: If an item is cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier, you receive a full refund.
  • Pay 30% or pay in full: Reserve your item with a 30% non-refundable deposit, or pay the full amount upfront.
  • Arrival notification: We will email you as soon as your item arrives at our storefront.
  • 7 days to pay your balance: If you paid a deposit, you have 7 calendar days from our email to pay the remaining balance so we can ship your order or prepare it for local pickup.
  • Shipping in-stock & pre-order items together: If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-orders, we will hold the entire order until every item is in stock. If you want in-stock items delivered right away, please purchase them in a separate transaction.
  • If you cancel: Pre-order deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind, as we commit directly to international suppliers on your behalf.
  • If a supplier cancels: If a supplier runs out of stock, cuts our allocation, or cancels an item entirely, you will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
  • Release dates are estimates: Expected arrival dates are provided by our suppliers. Overseas production and shipping schedules often shift, so arrival dates can change.
  • How we handle delays: We keep your pre-order active while we wait for distributor shipments. However, if an item is delayed more than 3 months past its original estimated release month, you are no longer locked in—you can choose to keep waiting or request a 100% full refund of your deposit.
  • Shipping fees: If you select home delivery, final shipping costs are calculated when you pay your remaining balance. In-store pickup at our Brockville storefront is always free.
